The sell sheet was created for a roofing services company looking to advertise their services. The goal was to create a clean layout with a good balance in type and type hierarchy.

Organizing The Sell Sheet and Creating The Final Product
First I created layout sketches to best organize the text. Then I created a mood board to establish the colour palette, typography, photo treatment and words outlining the desired perception of the company. The colours were chosen to be make the sell sheet stand out and the font was clean and had a little character. The goal was to create a clean and consistent layout with a good balance between the type and imagery. The sell sheet was created in Adobe Indesign with a grid and paragraph styles to keep information well organized. Spacing, acessiblity and readability were the priority of this project and my knowledge in print design came in handy.
Final Thoughts
Overall balancing the type and imagery was a welcome challenge. If I could change anything about this project is I would add an illustration or maybe some textures. I would experiment a little more with the fonts and add some decorative elements.
